ETFWorld : Deutsche Asset Management lists a new Corporate Bonds ETF

The new bond index ETF whose name is Xtrackers iBoxx USD Corporate Bond Yield Plus UCITS ETF (DR),  reflects the performance of the Markit iBoxx USD Corporates 1-20 Yield Plus Index. This Index is designed to reflect the performance of higher yielding tradable debt (bonds), which are denominated in US Dollar and issued by companies with a rating of between BB- and AAA by the major credit rating agencies.

The Index is calculated on a total return gross basis. This means that all distributions received from bonds are reinvested in the Index. The Index is reviewed and rebalanced quarterly.

For new bonds to be included in the Index, they are initially ranked by its respective yield differential compared to a US Treasury bond of similar maturity and then the 33.3% of such bonds (subject to a minimum of 300 bonds) with the highest yield differential are selected for inclusion in the Index. The weight of each issuer is capped at 2%.
