HANetf hires veteran Benelux Sales Director from Lyxor ETF

HANetf, Europe’s first full services ‘white label’ UCITS ETF issuer, is delighted to announce the appointment of experienced ETF veteran, Robin Kooijman as Head of Benelux ETF Sales.

He takes over from Rick van Leeuwen, director, Benelux Sales.

Robin will be responsible for growing the Benelux sales capability across the HANetf range of thematic, commodity, crypto, carbon offsetting and active ETF products.

Prior to joining HANetf, Robin was Director of Intuitional ETF Sales at Lyxor. He led, managed, and developed the Lyxor ETF business in The Netherlands and Belgium across all channels (Intermediaries and Asset owners).

Robin has also worked Nyenburgh Holding B.V. the ETF Market Maker, Euroclear SA/NV Amsterdam and IntesaSanPaolo Group London. He started his career at the Fortis Group MeesPierson Securities in London and Amsterdam.

HANetf has launched twelve new thematic ETFs in 2021, including Europe’s first space ETF, airlines ETF, software ETF and a host of clean energy ETFs including Europe’s first pure play solar energy ETF and distributed renewable energy ETF. HANetf’s assets under management have grown from $681 million to $2.90billion over the last 12 months.
