million. The supervisory board of Deutsche Börse AG as well as the SIX Boards have approved this agreement. Both Parties intend to consummate the transaction until end of July 2015. The transaction will be temporarily financed via cash and short term bonds (Commercial Paper). For the long term financing, Deutsche Börse AG intends to issue a (hybrid-)bond.
