ETFS 2x Daily Long Natural Gas Securities, the ETFS 2x Daily Long Nickel Securities, the ETFS 2x Daily Long Petroleum Securities, the ETFS 2x Daily Long Wheat Securities and the ETFS 2x Daily Long WTI Crude Oil Securities, the Issuer hereby announces the following details in respect of the Consolidations

The time and date that the Consolidations will become effective will be the close of business on 13 May 2016.

The Specified Number (the number of Affected Securities of the relevant class to be consolidated into one Security of that class pursuant to the Consolidations) and the Principal Amount, ISIN and exchange codes for the consolidated securities of each class will be as follows:
